Fresh From the Vines, Meadville, PA, is a family farm committed to growing nutritious vegetables and fruits and has a bakery making the freshest products using natural and organic ingredients. We strive to farm sustainably, provide fresh food for our community and offer education to those who would like to learn more about the foods they eat.

We grow our vegetables in high tunnels and in open air gardens. The high tunnels allow for production almost year round and offer fresh food well beyond the standard growing season. We compost and amend the soil with only natural ingredients.

We bake fresh goods from scratch. Organic ingredients are used whenever possible to ensure the healthiest products we can offer. On our farm, we raise chickens to provide eggs for our delicious cookies and other treats. Our chickens roam freely about the farm, enjoying fresh air, sunshine and living foods (bugs, grass, etc) as well as organic feed. Seasonally, we use our fresh fruits and vegetables grown on our farm in our baked goods, such as apples and carrots for our apple/carrot muffins.

Grounds For Change; Allegheny College

For the students and staff of Allegheny College, our baked treats are conveniently available at Grounds For Change on the second floor of the Campus Center.
