About Beaver Creek Ranch

Though the Andersons raise pork, lamb, turkey, chicken and certified organic produce on their farm near Grantsburg, their specialty is all-natural, pasture-raised Scottish Highland cattle. In addition to direct sales through a CSA program, they also sell their meat and produce at the Burnett County Farmers' Market, as well as most co-ops in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Beaver Creek Ranch even exports organic soybeans to Russia and Japan! Walk-in farm visits are welcome. Most individual cuts of beef (sold frozen) are available at the farm, in addition to homemade non-MSG beef sticks, nitrate-free summer sausages and snack sticks.
