Just Salad, the New York City-based, eco-friendly salad brand, is committed to serving healthy food in a fast, fun, responsible, yet affordable way. Launched in 2006 by childhood friends Nick Kenner and Rob Crespi after noticing a shortage of healthy lunch options in Manhattan. Just Salad presents a variety of chef-designed salads and wraps create by a registered dietitian, in addition to customized salads, organic soups and all-natural smoothies.
They offer a seasonal menu that highlights locally sourced in-season ingredients and a impressive line-up of quality proteins like grass-fed free range beef, antibiotic-free humanely-raised chicken, sustainable seafood, and organic tofu.
