We are a family farm committed to environmentally friendly farming, with a multi-generational view of being faithful stewards of our family farm. We have invested heavily in the intrastructure of our land, fencing off rivers and ponds, and providing well water in each paddock to allow us to practice management intensive grazing, moving our cows regularly to allow our pastures long periods of rest. We have selected cattle that finish well on grass, taking advantage of the Senepol breed, which have a high resistance to insects and thrive on fescue pasture, and angus-hereford brood cows to take advantage of hybrid vigor, to allow us to produce natural, healthy beef directly from our farm to your table. We sell by the quarter, half, and whole in order to be very competitive on price. So you get the best of both worlds, grass fed beef produced lovingly by a local family farm, and a price at the fraction of organic beef. Grassfed beef's health benefits will exceed organic.
