Events are hosted throughout the month, including live music and poetry readings. Fair Trade Café and Gallery is a locally owned café committed to providing certified fair trade, organic and shade grown coffee to the Valley. All their coffees are locally roasted, both for taste and also to bring money back into the Greater Phoenix community. Their "Better Earth" lunch menu is 90% organic, 100% local vegetarian fare.
