Gertrude's, a restaurant located on the grounds of the Desert Botanical Garden, is named for the garden's founder, Gertrude Webster. The restaurant serves a Southwestern menu with plenty of spice, and showcases local ingredients from Arizona food providers as well as others from across the Southwest. Their philosophy is food from "the pasture to the plate", and Gertrude's upholds this premise. Visit Gertrude's and try dishes like Bloody Mary mussels, or a burger made from local, sustainable beef.
