St. Francis is a family-friendly restaurant in the heart of Phoenix, serving wood-fired meats and flatbreads along with salads and veggie plates. The heart of the establishment is the large oven in which St. Francis bakes their bread and cooks a variety of their dishes. Though the oven is a constant fixture, the menu is seasonal, and is supported by local ingredients and local food producers. In the interest of transparency, a list of local purveyors is found under the "Community" tab on their website; indeed, the owners of St. Francis see their farmers as part of the community they live and work in.
