Drawing upon French and Californian influences, Le Marais Bakery is dedicated to using traditional, heirloom techniques and locally-sourced organic ingredients. Le Marais Bakery partners with many Bay Area organic farmers and producers. Their produce comes from some of the most well-respected farms in the region, including Star Route Farms, Dirty Girl Produce, Marin Sun Farms, Blossom Bluff Orchards, and Hidden Star Orchards. Meat and dairy products are sourced from Straus Milk, Cowgirl Creamery, and Llano Seco Ranch, all local producers known for their humane and sustainable practices. Le Marais Bakery works closely with Bay Area farmers and producers in order to create artisanal breads, cakes, tarts, and viennoiserie that are exceptionally fresh, healthy, and environmentally responsible.
