Caliente is a Chef driven, quick serve Mexican Restaurant. All recipes are made fresh in house daily. They use a very natural way of cooking, roasting vegetables and blending them together to create unique and interesting sauces. Most of their food is gluten-free because of their natural cooking process. They get most of their products from Texas, (Beef Fajita is from Cameron, Texas). Caliente is a Farm-to-Fork restaurant, which keeps them creative through the different seasons, by using top quality products that are in season, like outside skirt steak, hand picked avocados and fresh, ripe tomatoes. Make your meal complete and pair it with one our their high-end wines or a craft Mexican beer!
