About Hopcat
The team behind Hopcat is serious about their role as conscientious business owners and are constantly looking for ways they can be better stewards of the environment. With that in mind, they make sure to recycle and compost most of their waste, actively trying to reduce the amount of trash, created by their establishments, that goes into landfills and incinerators. They have done so much, with this goal in mind, that they have cut their non-green waste by 90 percent. Beyond this, they strive to source food and products form local companies with similar commitments of environmental stewardship and sustainable business practices.
