Working Class Kitchen is a whole animal butcher, deli, and sandwich shop. They believe eating meat is a privilege, and it's one they take seriously. They partner with ranchers who humanely and sustainably raise their animals, including their own Chianina cattle, because they aren't satisfied with mass-produced, factory-farmed meat. Maintaining close connections with their suppliers, butchering nose to tail, respecting each animal, and using every part—these are their guiding principles.

They're also a local deli, and they believe in keeping it local, from their bread to their organic produce and eggs to their pickles. If you eat something you can't get enough of, chances are you can take some home. Housemade kielbasa, Andouille, and spicy Italian sausages. Marinated cuts for grilling. Freshly ground Chianina beef. A whole rabbit. Locally grown organic microgreens. Even those pickles.
