Cocoa Bakery is fairly new to the Jersey City area, and is owned and operated by Jessica Isaacs, former pastry chef of NYC's Nobu Restaurant. Chef Jessica uses local and seasonal produce sourced from Poplar Wood Farm whenever possible-in quiches, cupcakes, cake truffles, muffins and savory turnovers to name just a few!
